Change up your routine and start this week off by going to the gym. I’ve actually made the gym part of my weekly routine, I go about 3-4 times a week and if I miss a day, I feel like something is missing in my life. I’ve been really enjoying going back home from the gym and making all these different types of post workout smoothies. I’ll be sharing a few without protein since not everyone is into adding protein.

For this look I was going for something comfortable, so I went with this gorgeous orange sweater to keep me warm on my way to the gym. I especially love this sweater because it has a pocket in the back, large enough to fit my Iphone6 so I can listen to music. At the gym, I tend to put my arms up, down, swing them around, etc, so I tend to gravitate towards these racer back tanks that fit perfectly. This PINK racer back top maximizes the range of motion and is light enough to keep me cool. A workout isn’t complete without the perfect pair of leggings, the waist band helps by allowing maximum stretch without having to constantly fix them or pull them up ( I see this happening a lot at the gym).
