It’s the last week of January and I just wanted to see how all of you were doing with your New Years resolution!
Today I wanted to share a few gym outfits for those of you who struggle to get up and get to the gym! Honestly, I get excited putting my outfits together for the gym. Is that weird? My shirts usually say something funny or represent me and my school (hence the Rutgers Jersey).
My go-to outfit usually consists of a pair of leggings, a gym bra, and a sleeveless shirt. I’m usually squatting or lifting so I don’t enjoy wearing baggy pants or T-shirts.
Here are a few ways to motivate yourself to staying fit and going to the gym!
– Drink a lot of water throughout the day.
– Prepare by putting together a playlist of your favorite jams!
-Put together your gym clothes the day before to excite you for the day coming up
-Select your pre-work out and protein shakes
