So you all know the Holiday’s are coming up which also means the cold weather is right around the corner! This doesn’t mean because you’ll be under several layers of clothes – it’s ok to slack off and skip the gym here and there. NO! Stay motivated and take this opportunity to stay active at the gym so when you get to all the holiday parties, people compliment how amazing you look! And you don’t go back to the typical “new year, new me” mindset! (hah)
Today I wanted to share a quick look for the gym or a workout at the park when I don’t feel like checking into the gym. A pair of leggings, a gym bra, and an over sized jersey shirt is perfect when exercising. I found this perfect Rutgers jersey at PINK, they usually have college football outerwear. Since I am a Rutgers Alumni ( Dec2014) I decided to represent. I always like to have a pair of tight leggings because I do a lot of squats which includes bending down and I’m afraid of accidentally showing skin! So an over sized top is perfect to cover everything, anytime!
I actually don’t wear these sneakers to the gym because they’re really meant for basketball. But I do like to stroll around in them because they are just so comfortable.
